General Handling
Feeding
Daily Cleaning

In addition, experience can be extended to include customer engagement and management skills, checking in and out animals and dealing with money transactions.

As part of the general work experience we work with students and individuals to help with time management and planning, encouraging use of initiative, discover what it’s really like to work in business. Gain hands-on experience, build a network of contacts and get advice from expert mentors. 

What we look for

We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic animal lovers who are quick to learn and always up for a challenge. You’ll be working with a large quantity and wide variety of small animals, so it’s important that you’re adaptable, organised and thorough. We also look for team players who enjoy interacting with others and are curious about how a small business works, but also can work on their own initiative.
